Job Description:
- Setting up and maintaining government projects for Cost Reimbursable (CP), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Material (T&M) contracts in LN environment.
- Work with program managers to perform monthly revenue recognition based on percentage of completion methodology, establishment and maintenance of management reserve, and estimate-at-completion calculations.
- Monthly reconciliation of COGS at project level and General Ledger accounts
- Generate monthly unbilled A/R and deferred revenue report, and reconcile to General Ledger
- Generate and input project loss reserve values per GAAP requirements
- Creation and submittal of invoices for U. S. Government and prime contracts, including submittal of invoices in required payment systems
- Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)
- Exostar
- Maryland Procurement Office
- Work with AX system to monitor standard costing for manufacturing efforts
- Assist with proposal development and ensure compliance with TINA requirements, as well as respond to proposal fact-finding questions and negotiations.
- Assist with DCAA, DCMA, external, and internal audits for proposals
- Assist with responses to DCMA, DCAA and first tier contractor audits for completed projects
- Remote work is possible, however frequent travel to Boulder, CO job site would be required
- Other duties and assignments as required
Requirements/Qualifications:
- This position requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong accounting and finance background in a job costing environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting
- Strong knowledge of government accounting
- Knowledge of indirect rate generation and analysis
- Knowledge of Microsoft LN
- Knowledge of Percentage of Completion (POC) revenue calculation in an engineering and standard costing manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a dynamic environment with multiple assignments and minimal supervision
- Must be a US Citizen

Pay Range:
The expected base salary range for this position, if filled in Colorado, is $52,000 - $146,000, dependent on specific skills and work experience. We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
